1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products purchased on sale, discounted prices, or customized orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or without original packaging will not be accepted.
2. Return Process

Ship the product securely in its original packaging to the address provided.

Once received, the item will undergo a quality check before the return/refund is approved.
3. Exchanges

If the requested size or style is not available, we may offer you store credit or a refund (as applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit depending on your preference (where applicable).

Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets): Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 10–15 business days after approval. You will be required to share valid bank account details for COD refunds.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
